Renewyx a specialist in solar staffing is currently assisting a rapidly growing solar EPC as they are looking for the addition of an process-oriented Operations Manager to join their team in Phoenix, AZ.


In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the operational aspects of our client's solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management within the solar industry, with a focus on driving efficiency, improving processes, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). They will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and implementing best practices to enhance overall project performance.
