JOB SUMMARY: The Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the Beverage Operation to include inside casino beverage, pool/beach beverage & cabana services, outdoor entertainment and in-house special event beverage services. This includes but not limited to managing cleanliness standards, service standards, customer service standards, and safety standards. Responsible for interviewing; training; selecting and adjusting rates of pay and hours of work; directing the work of employees; maintaining production; employee schedules; approving PTO; appraising employees; productivity and efficiency for purposes of recommending promotions or other changes (evaluations); handling employee s complaints; disciplining employees; planning work; providing for safety and security; and monitoring or implementing legal compliance matters.
